My clients tend to be individuals - artists of one kind or another - and very small organizations desiring a web presence which reflects the emotional and/or spiritual nature of their work. Imagery being the language of the imagination, I strive for an balance of form and function that organically promotes the focus of an individual's art and personality or an organization's mission. The Serendipity Spirit SocietyI created this logo and website for my dear friend Dr. Bob Boyle, both as a favor and because I agree unreservedly with his positive philosophy. The image of the butterfly crossing the mountains is simple, yet it carries a subtle message about the perseverance of beauty. The site also incorporates music files and Paypal buttons.
Life's PlaygroundPamela Weng's mission, to help humanity reconnect and revive its sense of playfulness, is seen in the simple graphic. Primary colors suggest that play is fundamental to the human spirit. I am currently working to animate this logo with minimal Flash elements. This site includes music files and Paypal buttons.
Mailyn FaulknerMailyn is a singer, songwriter and all-around performer who views her art as an expression of her spirituality. We've just begun to work together to develop her website. At this point in our work, we've settled on a color scheme that is soft and inviting, and a layout that leads the eyes across as well as down the page. The site will eventually incorporate an events calender, music and video clips, and an automated e-mail list.
Dee Galloway: Dances With WordsThis is my personal site, created while I was in school, where I display my poetry and other writings. Here, the challenge was to create a "wordy" site that is also visually appealing. The surrounding "white space" keeps the words from overwhelming the viewer, while the rustic colors & fonts reflect the serious play of writing. This site also incorporates music.
